Early Bird: Bible Maze Puzzles Children who arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 AM get to do a bonus activity in Sabbath School. Today our early birds did Bible maze puzzles. Our Bible story today is about God calling Abraham to go on a special journey and move to a new land. Nature Nugget: Snow Snow is a bunch of tiny ice crystals. That means, snow is another form of water. Water and ice are clear colored. You can see through them. But, snow is bright white. When, sunlight hits the snow, the light bounces around all those little ice crystals and reflects back out. When all color wavelengths of light reflect out equally, we see white. Jesus is the true light. He wants us to reflect Him fully. But when we sin, our hearts are stained red. The Bible says in Isaiah 1:18, “Though your sins are like scarlet (red), they shall be as white as snow.” When we ask Jesus for forgiveness, He makes us clean again – pure white, like snow. Memory Mastery: The 10 Commandments We are working on all three memory mastery items in the 10 Commandments series, as some children have already learned parts 1 or 1 and 2. I am excited that so many children are motivated now to learn their memory mastery projects. Below are all three memory mastery parts in the 10 Commandments series. Each one has a corresponding Bible artifact the children can earn. Mission Trip: Pablo Preaches Today we visit Paraguay and meet a new friend named Pablo. Pablo has been preaching sermons since he was only 6 years old. He loves to share with others about the love of Jesus. Have you told someone about how much you love Jesus? Bible Story: Abram Follows God Table Time: Paper Clip Household Chain The children strung paper clips together like a chain. Each paper clip represented someone in their family. Then, they saw how a magnet can lead the paper clip chain even under a piece of paper. God wants to lead our families. Do we follow Him? Take Home Guide

Early Bird Special: Color Mixing Puzzle Children who arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 AM get to do a bonus activity in Sabbath School. Today our early birds put together a color mixing puzzle to discover what colors you make when you mix the primary colors a couple of times. Our Bible story today is about the colorful rainbow of God's promise to never flood the earth again. Nature Nugget: Ants Ants are fascinating creatures to watch. They scurry here and there. They go in and out of their hole in the ground. They find their way to our kitchens. Ants live in big groups called colonies. Each ant has a very specific job to do. Some ants just take care of the baby ants. Other ants take away the trash. Some ants scout out new sources of food and send word to the ants that go collect it. The Bible says in Proverbs 6:6, "Go to the ant, you sluggard (lazy person)! Consider her ways and be wise." God wants us to work hard serving each other and staying on task like the ant. When mommy or daddy asks you to do a job, do you finish it? Memory Mastery: The 10 Commandments We are memorizing the 10 Commandments as a class. You can practice with your child in the car or at home. Your child can practice with me right here on this blog page. Children who learn the 10 Commandments receive real samples of (fool's) gold, frankincense, and myrrh to add to their Bible artifact collection. Mission Trip: Pablo Preaches Pablo lives in Asuncion, Paraguay. Since he was six years old, he has been preaching sermons at church. He and his family enjoy having family worship everyday. Pablo loves sharing with others about Jesus. How can you serve Jesus at church? Bible Story: God's Rainbow Promise Table Time: Rainbow Paper Craft Take Home Guide
