Butterfly Award
NOTE: Requirements for this award have been adapted for the needs of our club.
1. Identify 3 different kinds of butterflies in person or use the pictures below.

2. Review the lifecycle of a butterfly, then watch a video on the monarch butterfly lifecycle.

3. Choose one butterfly and research its primary host plant(s) for its caterpillars to eat by visiting American Meadows OR listen carefully to the video below (eastern swallowtail, tiger swallowtail, giant swallowtail, monarch, etc. are mentioned here).
4. Watch this video about making a butterfly garden.
